About Us

My name is Zewdi, and I’ve been a Cross Country and track Varsity athlete for three years, serving as captain in my junior and senior years. My passion for running began during the pandemic, leading to a boost in my health, confidence, and the creation of a supportive running community.

I founded this initiative to share the joy of running, promote diversity in the sport, and improve the cardiovascular health of young people of color. Our goal is to inspire a new generation of runners who are empowered, healthy, and connected.

We are excited to host a fun run for elementary-aged kids (2k) this summer and fall. Prizes will be given to the top ten runners. This event aims to engage and excite kids to pursue distance running.
